SagePay Form (offsite) payment gateway setup instructions

Creating your Sage Pay account
 
First you need to have a Sage Pay account. If you do not already have one then please use the following links to get one and then return to these instructions afterwards.

 

 
 

Adding your SagePay Form (Offsite) integration to SupaDupa
 

  1. Login to your store’s SupaDupa Back office and go to ‘Settings’ → ‘Payment methods

  2. Toggle to YES for Credit Card Gateway
     
  3. Select 'SagePay' from the drop down list of payment gateways
     
  4. Enter the following details
    These are your SagePay Vendor Name you were issued when you setup your SagePay account:
    • Vendor Name - Your SagePay issued vendor name
    • Encryption Password - this is the Form Integration Encryption Password from your SagePay account settings tab
    • Use Test Mode? - turn this on if you want to place test orders
       
  5. Click to SAVE CHANGES

Now, to test that your SagePay Form (offsite) integration is set up, we always advise placing a Test order to verify that all works as you expect. It also serves as a way to simulate what your customers do and experience at the checkout.


To place a test transaction / order:
  • Add items to your basket and proceed to the checkout.
  • At the checkout use the following Test card numbers to place test orders using different card types.
  • Test orders will and appear in your ‘Orders’ tab which you can also use to simulate a test dispatch.
  • Note: Test orders via your SagePay Form (offsite) integration may affect your stock quantity as there is no way to identify these differently from the live ones at present.

Only the following card numbers will work when placing test orders.
